You may fill out the form below and mail it to the above address with a check or money order, or you may enter with a credit card through pay-pal at the bottom of the page. You may also enter at the rules meeting (cash or check only) providing openings remain. Payments sent through the mail or processed online by credit card will only be accepted up until the Wednsday prior to the tournament. If we do not receive your payment in time, you will not be entered.
